Prelude:
These essential five doctrines were pondered
long ago by the leaders of Protestantism
and their counterparts of the Roman Catholic
church. It was surmised that these unfading
doctrines were essentials of a true Christian
church and may I add to the personal Christian believer.
Doctrine # 1
Jesus is the One and only Son of God, one and equal with The Father and Holy Spirit – being Lord of all. May I state, we as believers must confess this enduring fact.
Doctrine # 2
Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary and
was conceived by The Holy Spirit.
Doctrine #3
Jesus was crucified on the cross, died and was buried and paid the ransom for all of
humanity.
Doctrine #4
On the third day Jesus rose from the grave
and was witnessed by many believers (including apostles) and thereafter ascended
